I started Malik Home Inspections because I genuinely enjoy helping people make confident decisions—especially in a market as competitive and fast-moving as New York City. Buying a home is a major life milestone, and my role is to give you clear, practical information about the property’s visible condition so you can plan, prioritize, and move forward with fewer surprises. My approach is straightforward and client-first: I communicate clearly, document findings with strong photo support, and explain what matters most without unnecessary alarm.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, I’ve always taken pride in doing things the right way—carefully, thoroughly, and with respect for the people who rely on my work. Before becoming a home inspector, I spent five years as an NYC ironworker with Local 46, working on complex structures where precision, safety, and attention to detail are non-negotiable. That experience trained my eye to notice what others miss and reinforced a mindset I bring to every inspection: take your time, verify what you’re seeing, and never cut corners.
